Product Manufacturing

Where do we make everything?

All of our products are sewn together or lasered in Arizona or North Carolina by our Active Duty Owners.

Are our products Berry Compliant?

All of our products are manufactured in the United States and sourced from US materials.

Ordering

MIL/LE Discount

Due to our customer base being both of these categories we do not.

However, we keep our prices competitive with the rest of the industry while still maintaining a higher build quality than our competition.

MIL/LE Purchases

Any unit or agency purchases can be initiated through our contact page. We are more than happy to accommodate your units needs and build a purchase order that works for you.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, things pop up. As long as an order hasn't shipped out you're able to cancel your order.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We would love to hear from you! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours.

However, please keep in mind we are still Active Duty and sometimes have trouble keeping our phones on us all hours of the day.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States.

However, Anyone who would like to purchase from outside the US, shoot us an email and we'll get you squared away!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 15 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

How do I get an item repaired or replaced?

We want our products to serve you well, if there are any mistakes on our end please reach out to us to get it remedied.

If a product breaks we will repair or replace it free of charge! This does not include products that have personal modifications made to them. If we discover any fabricated damage such as cuts or rips you will pay full retail price for a replacement.
